Since then, the organization has grown into a youth movement that spans the globe. Today, through the voices and actions of youth, Free The Children has built more than 500 schools in developing countries around the world, providing quality education to over 50,000 students every day.

Stop Genocide Now (SGN) Genocide Relief www.stopgenocidenow.org is a grassroots community dedicated to working to protect populations in grave danger of violence, death and displacement resulting from genocide. Through active education, advocacy and policy change SGN resolves to change the way the world responds to genocide.SGN is currently focused on creating awareness and action to stop the genocide in Darfur and deal appropriately with its aftermath. All of our projects focus on and utilize the strength and power in grassroots connectivity.
 
 The Tibetan Children's Education Foundation www.tibetanchildrenseducation.org is a nonprofit corporation founded in 1995 dedicated to the preservation of Tibetan culture by supporting Tibetan schools and school children-in-exile from their homeland. TCEF began in the State of Montana, USA, which many of our Tibetan friends say reminds them of Tibet. TCEF was chartered by a group of Montanans, all of whose lives have been enriched in some degree by the Tibetans, their religion or culture. By helping to keep that culture and its people alive and well-educated we hope to return some of the blessings we have received.

Long term, their goal is to purchase land and build the children a new home. In the mean time there are hungry children to feed, to shelter, keep safe and send to school.
